Our Story
Support Services 2 You was born from a passion for creating meaningful change in how people access and use home care and disability support services. Through lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals requiring support, our founders established an organisation built on strong ethics, clear values, and a vision for what support services can and should be.
We recognised that the most important element in any support relationship is the connection between people. That's why our core philosophy—"matching people with people"—guides everything we do. We believe that when the right support worker is matched with the right client, both parties benefit from a relationship built on mutual respect, understanding, and genuine care.
Since our establishment, we've grown to serve communities throughout the South East NSW region, in Batemans Bay, Narooma, Bega, Eden, and all points in between, building partnerships with government and non-government programs to ensure comprehensive support options for our clients.
Our Mission
To provide opportunities for growth, development, support & security for people within the community requiring support and their informal networks. To assist our clients to engage in their local community and to provide a secure and enjoyable workplace environment for our team of support professionals.
We promise to train, coach, mentor and support our team. We aim to match our clients and staff appropriately considering all parties' interests, and individual characteristics.

Our Approach To Support
Your journey is very important to us. We understand that everyone is different—what works for some may not work for others. That's why we work with you to meet your individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
We do not believe in telling our clients what to do or how their support shift should look. Instead, we want all our clients to have control of their support and choose what they want to do each day. We provide individualised support plans and work together with our clients and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
We offer a free meet and greet for all referrals made to Support Services 2 You, ensuring that we can establish a positive connection from the very beginning.
