Cafe Beyond is looking for enthusiastic individuals to help cater and serve our customers.
The right experienced candidates must have very strong attention to detail and possess outstanding multi-tasking and customer service skills.
The ability to work within a small team and seamlessly collaborate with our kitchen and front of house staff will be essential in delivering the standard of dining experience our guests will come to know and expect.
Multiple Positions Available | breakfast and lunch shifts | flexible evenings and weekends
Sound food safety compliance, knowledge and experience.
Interest in working with people with a disability and able to obtain Police Clearance and Working with Children Clearance
Chef | Experienced Cook | Baker
Duties include food preparation and cooking for a cafe menu serving breakfast plus cabinet wraps, rolls, sandwiches and lunch menu.
Making delicious gluten free pastries and desserts | such as brownies | cakes | slices | muffins | scones | tarts and sausage rolls
Ensure all food products are handled, stored, prepared, and served safely and comply with Food Safety Standards and maintain Cafe Beyond standards in food quality, presentation, and safety.
Pride and attention to detail, together with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm when busy.
Kitchen Hand
Experience in Cafe and food preparation and presentation
Cleaning and safe food preparation and handling
Organised and reliable to work through a list of tasks independently
Effective time management and ability to work at a fast pace
Barista / All Rounder
A genuine passion for coffee and skilled in milk texturing and latte art
Skillfully make all coffee and associated beverage items
Sound food safety and compliance knowledge
Initiative, and a sense of urgency
Exceptional personal presentation and a friendly, outgoing demeanour
Strong verbal communication skills
Holds a current RSA Certificate
